A Little About Me
For as long as I can remember I have loved to take photos. When I was a child I would save my money buy the latest camera available. This let annoy my friends and family taking photos and making silly videos.
Once I returned from travelling I enrolled in a City and Guilds in Photography course. I then realised the power of the DSLR. I loved how much you can push your creativity with the camera and get some amazing images.
With my new found love for photography and skillset, I set about doing weddings, portraits and family photos. I soon found I wasn’t enjoying it as I first thought.
Then got two dogs…….
I instantly fell in love with my two dogs Ziggy and Marley. This naturally led me to take photos of them and capture the fun and uniqueness in their personalities. Once I started to post on social media I was getting asked by more and more people to take photos for them. I then had a light bulb moment and my love for dogs and photography came together.
I still had the travel bug and had another adventure that took me to the brink of craziness and decided to drive a tin can (a Tuk Tuk) 2,700km almost the full length of India. With the paint job of Pumba ( from the Lion King) and a mission to raise money for Cool Earth we set off. In total, our team raised $2000. After some crazy driving, near misses and brown trouser moments I then made my way to New Zealand.
After spending some time in New Zealand I soon realised that this is where I want to call home. This is where I will finally unleash my love for dogs and photography.
